Charles III gold 8 Escudos 1788 So-DA MS62 PCGS, Santiago mint, KM27, Cal-2177, Onza-949. Given the standout condition for this type-date, it is little wonder that this Mint State survivor found its way into the esteemed Norweb collection. Brightly shimmering luster echoes across the fields upon a turn of the wrist, illuminating surfaces laden with attractive tangerine patina and highlighting as-struck features rendered with particular sharpness to the reverse.
